Discovery
We establish the deliverables, turnaround time, technical specifications and extra criteria such as ad platforms or hosting with the client. We check client design files or begin brainstorming our own designs with consideration for file size limit and ad platform.
Design
If we are tasked with the design, we start by designing the base designs, storyboards, wireframes or first drafts of the desired deliverable and put it forward for client approval. If the designs are provided we move straight to production.
Production
For most advertising deliverables (Display Ads, DOOH, HTML Emailers, etc.) we will first produce a master to be signed off by client and after which we carry out adapting to various sizes and specs. For Website, we will start with the home page and get that signed off before continuing with the rest of the site.
Delivery
All completed deliverables go through our QA process using tools for technical validations and fresh eyes to spot anything missed. We then deliver all the assets to the client in the format needed, whether its Zipped Display Banners or DOOH, Video Exports or the flick of a switch to go live with a website.
